Board of Directors

Keith McDaniel

President / Co-founder

"I'm proud of my leadership in the club thus far, and excited at the opportunity to join a Board of dedicated, talented OCCers that care about making the club more exciting and engaging. I have a vision to make the club more inclusive and bring our rides to more people in the queer community, and still ensure it keeps true to its small-time roots."

Fabio Saccà

(he/him)

Vice President

"Since 2023, I have been Outspoken’s team co-captain for Aids/LIfeCycle, and helped its riders and roadies to raise collectively over $260,000 to end HIV/AIDS. I’m bringing 10+ years of experience in non-profit organizations for LGBTQ rights across the European Union: as a volunteer, an employee, and a leader of various organizations, I contributed to increasing their membership, reforming their bylaws and operations, building institutional partnerships, expanding its media presence. Originally from Italy, I have lived in Seattle for almost 10 years."

Sean Olmstead

"Over the past year I’ve gained so much from Outspoken Cycling Club. I have served in the leadership of Out in Tech Seattle Chapter, and event planning and management from as a University LGBTQ Center Director. As a Director of OCC, I would like to help the organization: (1) develop entry points throughout the year for a diverse array of riders to easily join OCC, (2) Increase opportunities for members to build relationships on and off the saddle, and (3) increase brand awareness across Seattle and the Pacific Northwest."

Radfield Justice

Short Rides Committee Chair / Co-founder

"As one of the founders of Outspoken Cycle Club I have a unique perspective on the past / present / future of OCC. My desire and passion moving forward with OCC is to curate a space for cyclists who prefer shorter rides, casual paced rides with social component."

Hōkū Kim

(he/him)

Brand, Design, Social, Marketing Committee Chair

“I think the branding efforts (especially more personal things like club jerseys and swag) should follow at least these principles:
• Be collaborative: The more input we get, the better we can build a brand that our members will be proud of.
• Be inclusive: Provide reasonable style options and fit preferences.”

Kevin Werner

(he/him)

Ride Planning Committee Chair

"OCC has a lot going for it particularly with our diverse, friendly, and passionate membership. I would like to work collaboratively with the Board and the club to take OCC to the next level. That includes building on our existing successes and becoming a more recognized presence in our queer and cycling communities in Seattle with more members, more events both near and far, and more social opportunities."
